County Kerry (Dingle Peninsula)

St Seannach, brother of St Senan (qv), founded a monastery on this small island off the N Dingle coast. It is surrounded by a huge cashel wall and includes 2 oratories, 3 bee-hive huts, 3 outdoor altars, a burial-ground and a stone cross. There is also a wall chamber and souterrain.
